Long ago, in a Previous post from 2009 I discovered mind mapping. Since moving this blog back over to a markdown backed system I have been tinkering with MermaidJS, an included plugin that lets one create very nice diagrams from a markdown-ish syntax. It has a feature for mindmapping, so I got curious over the weekend if I could recreate some of the mind maps from that previous post. Here we go…

Yeah, I don’t know. It gets the job done, but there are probably some styling tips that would take this rough sketch toward where the iPhone app was in 2009.
